In this tutorial we learn how to set the video resample mode on a video event. There are several options to choose from such as Disable, Force, Optical Flow, Project Level, and Smart (Frame Blend). We also discover a bug setting events to “Disable” in VEGAS Pro 19 and 20 but only if the event was originally set to “ProjectLevel”
