Vegas Pro and Premiere both offer scripting which allows you to create new functions and add new features to help simplify and speed up your video editing. Today we discuss some things scripting can do from automating some simple tasks such as splitting an audio track and overlapping events on the timeline to adding completely new features such as Multi-cam tools and allowing non-editors to edit videos.
In future videos we will start creating new scripts and explaining how different processes are accomplished using scripts. I’m sure you have many tasks you’d like to see automated.
